"Code Candy" Transaction Policy Thank you for your trust in "Code Candy" products, and we would like to clarify our return policy to ensure transparency for all our customers: 1. Non-returnable or exchangeable products "Code Candy" products depend on fresh fruits, which are perishable within a short period. To maintain product quality and safety, the product cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery to the customer. 2. In case the customer refuses receipt or does not respond to the delivery person If the product is delivered to the customer's address and the customer refuses to receive it, or does not respond to the delivery person upon arrival, or if the customer's phone is off or requests a change of delivery time, the product is considered delivered. Therefore, the customer has no right to request compensation, refund, or exchange. Due to the perishable nature of the product, "Code Candy" is not responsible for refunds or compensation, as the product is considered spoiled over time. 3. Important notice The order is kept for only 24 hours. When the customer chooses to pick up from the site, they must receive it on the same day, as we offer fresh fruits. If the pickup is delayed more than 24 hours, considering working hours, the product will be destroyed to preserve its quality, and the customer cannot claim compensation. 4. Variety of fruits inside the package "Code Candy" has the absolute right to vary the fruits inside the package, which may differ from time to time depending on availability. 5. Quality assurance and delivery "Code Candy" is keen to deliver products of the best quality and ensure their safety during delivery. If there is any issue regarding product quality or delivery, please contact us immediately for verification and resolution, considering communication on the same day of receipt, as complaints are not considered the following day due to the product's sensitivity and storage method. 6. Pickup from the site or delivery service If the customer chooses the pickup option, the order cannot be later modified to delivery service, due to the difficulty of providing a dedicated delivery person for a single order. Therefore, customers needing delivery are advised to use their own courier or services like Mrsool. • The earphones included with the order are a free gift provided by the store. • The earphones and gift are provided by more than one company. • The gift does not count towards the product value. • If there is a manufacturing defect in the earphones, the store must be notified within a maximum of 7 days from the date of receipt. • Any issue related to the earphones concerns only the gift, and does not entitle to return or exchange the main order. • If the gift exchange is approved, the customer bears all shipping and delivery costs. • The gift is not covered by an extended warranty and cannot be returned or exchanged after the notification period ends. • The gift cannot be returned or exchanged independently of the main order. • The displayed images are for illustration only; the shape or color may vary depending on availability. • By completing the order, the customer agrees to these terms.
